We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is eager to gain real-world consulting experience. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to learn how business requirements are translated into actionable technical solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with our senior consultants and client teams to:
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops and document business needs.
- Translate client requirements into user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Assist in analyzing data trends to support decision-making.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and tracking issues.
- Prepare client-facing documentation including BRDs, functional specs, and presentations.
- Shadow client meetings and capture action items and follow-ups.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions.
- Learn Agile methodologies and assist scrum teams in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
